His latest novel, When The Jasmine Dies, was the subject of an interview yesterday on national television. Dr. Baker Alsawa'deh answered questions about his 115-page novelette which relates to human hope and our natural instinct to pursue our goals. It is a romantic piece, but talks very realistically about this subject. The work was published by Ambassador Press in Amman Jordan, and comes in an attractive spring green cover.
Dr. Alsawa'deh is a lecturer in Arabic Language, in the Faculty of Science at the American University of Madaba.
