AUM Welcomes Students from Gaza
At the American University of Madaba, the Deanship of Student Affairs had the privilege of hosting a warm and heartfelt welcoming breakfast in honor of our new cohort of students from Gaza joining us for the academic year 2026.
The gathering was graciously attended by Eng. Azzam Shweihat, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Prof. Adi Arida, Interim President, who personally shared breakfast with the students, engaging with them, listening to their stories, and extending a sincere welcome.
In a moment marked by care and solidarity, our students from Gaza were welcomed as members of their second family at AUM.
AUM remains deeply committed to supporting them and ensuring they receive the care, support, and opportunities they deserve.
