Guest Speaker for Students in the Master’s Program in Autonomous Cybersecurity with AI
The Faculty of Information Technology hosted Eng. Bassam Maharmeh, former Director of the National Cybersecurity Center, as a guest speaker for students in the Master’s Program in Autonomous Cybersecurity with AI. During the session, Eng. Bassam shared his extensive knowledge and experience leading the National Cybersecurity Center. He highlighted the key cybersecurity challenges facing Jordan and the global community, and discussed the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence on the cybersecurity field. Following the lecture, students engaged in an open discussion with Eng. Bassam, raising their questions and exploring future opportunities in this critical domain.
