The American University of Madaba was honored to welcome Fr. Dr. Ashraf Al-Nimri, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of Christian Educational Institutions in Jordan, to campus on Monday, July 13, 2026.

University President Prof. Dr. Adi Arida warmly received Fr. Dr. Al-Nimri, emphasizing the university’s commitment to strengthening its ties with educational and academic institutions across the Kingdom. He highlighted the importance of such partnerships in advancing the educational process and reinforcing the human and academic values upon which the university is founded.

Fr. Dr. Ashraf Al-Nimri praised the role of the American University of Madaba in providing distinguished higher education and its mission to prepare Jordan’s upcoming generations in equipping them with relevant knowledge, useful skills, and important values. In this meeting, he stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation to serve the education sector and achieve shared educational goals.
